This command tells the computer to dial the specified number. In HyperCard this command would play the tones associated with the numbers through the computers speakers. If you specified the 'with modem' argument it would send the command to dial the number to your computer's modem.

For obvious reasons, we cannot support the 'with modem' and 'modemCommands' behavior in TileStack but we HAVE implemented the dial command to play the appropriate tones for the number you give it through your computer's speakers.
