Annuity is used to computer the present or future valud of an annunity. "rate" should be the interest rate, and "periods" the number of periods.

Usage:

annuity("rate","periods")

Example:

put myPayment * annuity(.015,12) into presentValue
put myPayment * annuity(.015,12) * compound(.015,12) into futureValue
